NEW! The Academy is pleased to announce the Cage Fitness Program starting this summer. Based on the training of multiple-time welterweight champion Matt Hughes, it is an intense program of cardio, strength and plyo-metrics. We are a certified facility with access to the training details which is geared to those interested in MMA fitness, minus the sparring and martial arts.
